1. Reservation is only allowed for serious buyer. No details no reservation. Enquiries do not mean reservation.2. After reservation, please make payment within 24 hours, after that if we do not receive payment, items will be release for others. This is because all of our items are very limited and at times, are very very limited.
3. Most of our items are hand-picked and very limited, so please email to restock. Some might not be restockable.
4. Again, all order require payment within 36hours. If not, will be release again. thank you.
5. All items are checked thoroughly before posting to you. We'll held no responsible for damages, loss, during posting.
6. All items are not exchangeable or returnable, except that we have posted the wrong item to you. any dissatisfaction on quality, wrong sizes, wrong colors, will not be entertained. so please choose wisely.
Pre-order
1. All pre-order items will arrive 4-5weeks after each batch closing date.
[ this is to keep price low, nevertheless, customer have the choice to choose faster spree but will require to pay extra for the additional costs. Do enquire about this ]
2. There will be Eco Batch where prices will be lower (will be informed) but arrival date is 1 month. This will be announced in details.
3. Please order only when you can wait. sometimes, there'll be delays due to custom check, supplies run out etc. Do give us enough time in case any problems occur. Most of our items need to be shipped from overseas till here. We don't provide refund because of delays. Please understand.
4. All items are checked thoroughly before posting to you. We'll held no responsible for damages, loss, during posting. (Make sure u fill in the order form correctly!!)
5. All items are strictly not exchangeable or returnable, and refundable, except that we have posted the wrong item to you.
6. Some plus size items require custom-making, thus please allow enough time for us to ship from custom-making factory to you. your consideration is much appreciated.
7. Please do not order if you're not confirmed. Please order only if you're serious buying it. We really do not like backout buyers. Sometimes, we've placed order but customers backout. Thus, we set new policy that no payment no order. No more backout buyers please.
8. No changes on orders are allowed once order are placed. any losses bear by buyers. so, please choose your size wisely. thank you.
9. Reasons such as cannot fit in the clothes will not be fit for refunds. please understand our policy. We can help to advertise to help u sell them off! Thanks ^^
